You are required to provide your personal details, including your name, address, phone number, and valid email address, along with certain other personal information. Once you have set up an account you can personalise your profile and post reviews of Providers. By setting up an account you acknowledge and agree that the information which is publicly available on your profile, including your user name, reviews and comments, enters the public domain and may used by third parties.
