Fertility First is a well-known private IVF practice working closely with IASO Maternity Hospital. It was started in 2000 by Dr Marinos Tsirigotis, who has more than 30 years of experience and is a leader in Assisted Reproductive Technology.
The clinic is accredited by ESHRE and serves a wide range of patients, offering fertility treatments in English, Greek, and Albanian. Fertility First focuses on giving each patient kind and personal care, making it more than just a private practice.

Facilities and Patient Comfort at Fertility First
Fertility First is a private practice collaborating with IASO Maternity Hospital, and thanks to this partnership, it has access to 3 operating theatres and 4 patient recovery rooms.
Fertility First promptly addresses patient inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Viber. Following an initial consultation, which can take place over the phone or in person, the doctor thoroughly reviews the patient’s complete medical history to determine the most suitable treatment plan. Subsequently, the coordinator guides the couple through the legal documentation required and outlines the necessary steps to move forward with their treatment.

Fertility First IVF and Donor Egg Programs
Fertility First offers a wide range of assisted reproductive services to national and international patients. These include IUI, AID, IVF with own eggs, donor egg program, and natural IVF cycles. Advanced techniques such as ICSI, PICSI, MACS, ZYMOT, and CHLOEOQ are also available.
The clinic provides egg, sperm, and embryo donation, as well as embryo monitoring. Fresh and frozen embryo transfers use EmbryoGlue, and assisted hatching is offered. Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A/PGS) and embryo and gamete freezing are part of the services. Surrogacy and PRP treatment are also available.
Immediate treatment access is possible with own eggs and frozen donor eggs. Fresh donor egg cycles have a wait time of about three months. Egg sharing is not available. Donors are carefully matched to recipients based on age, eye and hair color, skin tone, blood type, Rhesus factor, hobbies, and education. This matching process is personalized and does not use AI. Blastocyst transfer is the preferred method, ensuring fertility care uses the latest technology and is timely.
