From the very first moment we connected with Brianna, we felt a sense of comfort and reassurance that carried us through our entire journey. She was warm, patient, and incredibly informative, taking the time to answer every question and ease every concern we had. That first interaction truly set the tone for what would become an exceptional experience. When we arrived and met the team in person, that same level of care only deepened. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. They didn’t just treat us like patients—they treated us like people who mattered, like family. Each step of the process was explained clearly, and we always felt supported, respected, and understood. What stood out the most to us was how seamlessly the team worked together. There was a calm confidence in their approach that made us feel safe, even during the more emotional and uncertain moments. Their attention to detail, their encouragement, and the way they celebrated even the smallest wins with us meant more than words can express. This journey is not an easy one, but having a team like this by your side makes all the difference. We are beyond grateful for the care, dedication, and love we received. I cannot complain about the overall experience and the service that the institution provides. The staff that you will meet are friendly and welcoming, and also understanding as this entire process can be a bit stressful and nerve wrecking. They do offer additional relaxation services and they also try to work with you. They are patient in answering all the questions, that trust me, you will have and the patient care is excellent. I have a low tolerance for pain and needles etc., however with Dr. Dziura, I felt relaxed and the pain I anticipated to feel, was not there. Kudos to this team and the nurse coordinator that was assigned to me Emma - I love her :)

We started our journey with Barbados Fertility Center in November 2024 with our egg retrieval, and after our third transfer, we found out we’re pregnant. 🤍 We traveled from the United States for treatment, and choosing BFC was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The level of care, expertise, and communication is truly exceptional. Even from another country, we felt completely supported and confident in every step of the process. Our coordinator, Emma, is an absolute angel. She walked us through everything with patience, clarity, and so much kindness. On the hard days, she was steady and reassuring, and on the hopeful days, she celebrated right alongside us. The clinic is organized, professional, and filled with people who genuinely care. Traveling internationally for fertility treatment can feel overwhelming, but BFC made it smooth and seamless. We are beyond grateful to this team for helping us grow our family. Five stars isn’t enough. 💛

From the very beginning we knew this clinic was different. They were quick, honest, organized and detailed. We have always felt listened to, everything personalized to what we needed and not just a “batch number” or “cycle number.” When we arrived in Barbados, it was incredible from start to finish. Everyone at the clinic is very warm, welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. My body was so happy the entire time! The entire staff was amazing. Our coordinator, Brianna, was so informative and supportive. She was always so quick to respond and answered all of our questions. She is amazing!! Dr. Skinner was thorough, and really took her time with us. She didn’t make me take any medications to make my body to “hold out for their cycle” but saw my body was ready and jumped on the opportunity right then. This was our best cycle we have ever had from my body. We did our retrieval with Dr. Dziura and he was awesome. He made sure to do his very best and also did our transfer. He was very patient with us, informative and we really enjoyed him taking care of us.

There is not enough words to express our gratitude to BFC! Not only are they located on one of the most beautiful place, they have the most knowledgeable Doctors and the best staff. Dr. Skinner, Ana (when we first started was our nurse coordinator), and now, Dionne, are nothing short of amazing. They are always very polite, helpful and very warm. They treat you like family so you always feel like home. They have helped us create a beautiful family that we have always dreamed of having. We trust them so much that we transferred all our embryos to their clinic so that they can continue our fertility journey. We trust them and their processes. They have given us the most precious gift this holiday season and we can’t wait for our next baby!

My partner and I traveled from Pennsylvania to Barbados Fertility Clinic for two IVF cycles, and choosing this clinic was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Infertility is an emotional and overwhelming journey, and from the very beginning, the staff made us feel supported, understood, and truly cared for. What stood out immediately was how financially affordable the clinic was compared to options in the U.S., without ever sacrificing quality or expertise. This made our dream of growing our family feel possible when it had once felt out of reach. The team at Barbados Fertility Clinic has an incredible way of combining cutting-edge science with holistic practices, treating not just the diagnosis but the whole person. Every step was explained with patience and compassion, and we always felt confident we were in the best hands. Although we completed two cycles, our transfer during the final cycle was successful on the first attempt. We are endlessly grateful for the care, professionalism, and heart this clinic brings to their work. BFC made it very clear about their intentions in helping us conceive via IVF. From the beginning communication was very good and they made sure I understood every step of the process. This was my first time with IVF and although I was nervous, they made the experience very easy and calming. Having it in Barbados was added bonus, as was the cost compared to that in the US.

In 2025 My fiancé and I went to Barbados for reciprocal IVF (we are both female). From the very beginning the clinic was amazing to us and made sure we understood everything and did everything correctly. Thanks to them we were able to get pregnant through the first transfer. They retrieved 19 healthy eggs from my fiancé and fertilized all of them. 8 of them remained healthy and grew in their lab normally and 1 was implanted into me. We are so excited to be welcoming our baby boy in 2026. Thank you so much

Barbados Fertility Centre made this very intense and involved process as easy as could be. They guided my wife and I throughout, which was all the more important since we were abroad. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, answering all our numerous questions. When we finally met in person, it was clear they cared very much about our well-being and that of our embryos. They were also very helpful for the staff at the various medical offices here at home. In the end, my wife gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, and we’re certain it couldn’t have happened without the great efforts of the Barbados Fertility Centre. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I couldn’t recommend BFC more for so many reasons: Price, Beautiful Location, Genuine Caring Team, Communication, Clear Instructions along the way, just all the things! I mean we literally did a 5 star all inclusive resort for 10 days while in cycle with airfare and ended up spending the exact same as if we did a cycle at home in Texas and worked every day in the meantime. You can also of course actually save a TON of money staying at a smaller hotel or airbnb which there are tons of great options for as well (which we did on a quick return trip for an embryo transfer). ABSOLUTELY take advantage of the Acupuncture, Massage and Reflexology, all this definitely helps physically and mentally (which affects your physical as well)

Our experience at Barbados Fertility Centre was wonderful. The most impressive thing to us was the level of care we received from everyone. We had procedures done by all three doctors and worked with many of the nurses, and though we were not successful every time, each procedure went smoothly and we were eventually successful. The doctors, nurses, and staff in both the clinic and the wellness centre were always friendly, compassionate, helpful, and genuinely supportive. We’re so grateful for everything the team did for us and absolutely plan to return for our next round of IVF.

We are forever grateful for our experience with Barbados Fertility Centre. We felt we were genuinely taken good care of with understanding, compassion, and up to date medical fertility services. Through BFC my husband and I were able to conceive our happy, healthy baby boy! We felt the staff were trustworthy and competent in fertility care, we highly recommend them to anyone seeking a fertility clinic. Traveling to Barbados for IVF was an added benefit! We were relaxed during the process, while enjoying the ocean and beautiful weather. Thank you BFC from our little family :)

I can not say enough good things about all the staff at BFC from my coordinator Vivian , Dr Skinner & Dr Dziura to the support staff behind the scenes. We had originally planned to do a fresh transfer but due to over stimulating ( which was caught and managed great by the staff) we had to come back for a second trip a few month later to do a frozen transfer. Vivian has been so supportive and caring though our whole treatment and after, she made us feel like we were her only patients (which I knew we weren't but the feeling was great). I am also happy to say that after our transfer of 2 embryos I am pregnant with TWINS!! If you have not checked out this clinic I highly suggest that you do. The exceeded our expectations by 100%, and who wouldn't want to spend a week or 2 in paradise :). Also check out the wellness center while your there.

It took Bryan and I six years to finally meet our precious baby boy. He is everything we dreamed he would be and more. He justifies all of the heartache we had to go through. We would like to say a BIG thank you to Barbados Fertility Center for making us feel relaxed and reassuring each and every step of the way. Nothing was ever a hassle, you always made sure to answer all of our silly questions and make us feel like this was going to be a great adventure. For that we will always be thankful. Thank you for helping us achieve a dream we thought we would never achieve. We will defiantly be back for number two this winter!
