After an incredibly long 10-year IVF journey, we are overjoyed to finally have welcomed a sibling for our daughter, and we genuinely couldn't have done it without the amazing team at CLAYO Clinic. The clinic is fantastic. The staff is kind and very professional. They take care of everything and inform us on time, without waiting. Whenever I had questions and concerns, they were there for us, right away. My experience with them is a clear 10! I recommend them wholeheartedly. Although we are not at the end of our journey yet, with the team from CC the journey is less demanding and we do not feel like we are “just” another person paying. Everyone is very nice, helpful and considerate. Here we really feel that someone is interested in us more than our money and that they are trying to find a way with us and how we can help achieve our dream… siblings for our daughter. Thank you and we are glad that we chose you.

This clinic has become very dear to our hearts. It is incomparable to any other clinic we have been to. Here you feel at home and not like you are in some kind of baby factory. Everyone smiles at you, greets you with a smile and answers all your questions without the expression that you are bothering them so much, like in other clinics. It is clear that Mr. and Mrs. Hlinka run this clinic with love ❤️🧡 My husband and I highly recommend it

We were not able to have a child naturally, and it was a very difficult time for us. After coming to this clinic and completing a full check-up, we decided to proceed with IVF treatment. With the help of IVF, we were finally blessed with a baby girl. We are extremely grateful to the entire clinic team — the doctors, nurses, and staff — who were all very kind, helpful, supportive, and professional throughout our journey. At the moment, due to the very cold weather, I have not been able to come and visit, but I will definitely come one day with my daughter to meet everyone. This clinic has truly changed our lives, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling and looking for the best fertility care. I can 100% recommend this clinic :) From the first moment I came to the clinic I felt at home! Very kind staff at the reception! My then doctor Hrehorcak explained everything to me from beginning to end and that's how I imagined it too :) when I was not sure about something I contacted the doctor and he answered my questions over the phone and that's what I call a great approach !!!! Thanks to this amazing clinic and amazing staff, a 10 month old girl is lying right next to me 🩷🩷 I will be grateful to this clinic for the rest of my life !!!! I recommend it to everyone who is hesitating about choosing a clinic 🥰🥰🥰

Now that I gave birth, took my sweetness that I carried with ease and pleasure, I want to publicly thank the Clayo clinic team. I would especially like to highlight the coordinator Irena, who was in contact with us for more than a year both during and after working hours, who helped me with every therapy and was supportive. When we arrived in Prague, a city that was foreign to us, she directed us, explained where we could see and visit... She made an effort with the accommodation🩷🩷🩷During my pregnancy and now after it, she regularly asks me how I am.... Which is something that few people would do, because she is one, and there are many of us... I experienced the same thing from the owner of the clinic who very often leaves me a message wishing me all the best... follows my posts, likes, comments.... I don't know what else to add, except that I am infinitely grateful and that I promise that as soon as possible I will come to visit Prague with one more new member and come to thank you in person. This clinic is amazing. My liaison Irena made my experience flawless even though IVF is already hard to go through. I appreciated her upbeat attitude and sense of humor. She helped me with translations, lodging, everything medical from shots to infusions. The doctors and nurses exceeded my expectations. I will recommend this clinic to anyone and I can’t wait to go back.

All recommendations to the clinic, everything is organized at the top level, starting from the staff, through the coordinator, to the doctor. They were always there to find the best option, suggest useful additional tests, try to solve the problem, give hope when everything is not so ideal. We owe special praise and gratitude to the coordinator Irena Mugoša, who was above all friendly, empathetic and provided unconditional support. Above all, you need to be a good person and an empath in this job, and Irena certainly is that.

Clayo Clinic first class service kind caring approach towards our fertility journey. The team were amazing Dr Hrehorcak has a professional approach , managed our expectations, he is gentle and kind. I cannot write this review with mentioning the person who employed an empathetic and kind attitude towards us Irena without your support this journey would have been difficult. Thank you so much for the time and dedication you gave us. Irena kept us abreast with all details throughout our 3 weeks in Prague, we always knew what was happening from protocol to medicine to check ups everything. Lastly I’d like to mention the nurses and reception staff who went above and beyond to make us welcome thank you so much to everyone Clayo Clinic.

Thanks to the Clayo clinic, Dr. Jarošová, Dr. Hlinka and the entire team, in June, after a long struggle and the loss of a baby, we had a healthy, wonderful baby girl. The clinic stands out for its wonderful and personal approach to clients, the owners personally dedicate themselves to each couple and you feel absolutely perfect with them!
