I used Eugin Barcelona for my eggs freezing and couple of months later to conceive my baby. And it worked! The team was extraordinary. I’m not living in Spain and they made sure everything was taking care of from abroad. Very professional. And thanks to them my dream came true! I can’t thank them enough. Our journey with IVF started nearly 2yrs ago with searching for IVF clinics in forums, websites to see user experience. After looking at eastern europe, north africa and spain we had a shortlist of 4 based on several years of comments on sites and also the clinics statistics. We spoke with several clinics and of all the user feedback we went with Eugin in Barcelona. Our tip no matter what clinic you choose act like the project manager, take charge, you paid alot of money and the only person who cares about yout success is you so get the paper work for your tests, make sure you know next steps or next appointments and dont be afraid to ask questions (you need to research alot and learn about IVF and plenty of sites with people who have undergo IVF willing to share knowledge with you). Its not that the clinics dont care, they are busy and have lots of clients. Eugin is well located, our start was frustrating but once we shared our frustrations with the clinic and what we expected from them ( ie more empathy , talking more with my wife as its our first time with IVF and we didnt know anyone in real life who had undergone such process) it got better and our project management helped progress our baby making project. The clinic is super modern, clean, you get private rooms so everything is private and confidential. The website and response time of communication was superb and quick via a private members area. My advice to Eugin is that they need to inform patients when their allocated primary doctor is away ie sick, vacation etc as we found our doctor was not available for 2 weeks during treatment and we only found out because we chased for an appointment ( the replacement doctor had been superb). My other advice to Eugin was that after the egg retrieval it felt like we needed to leave after 2 hrs ( remember egg retrieval can be hard on the body, since the rooms are private let the patient recover rather than make them leave after 2 hrs it was dissapointing how you force the patient leave and it wasnt even end of the day , it was midday so no reason to force recovering post egg retrieval patient leave like that). I wish to thank Doctor Timillero for his patient nature with us and not taking my feedback badly but using it to improve our time with Eugin. Thanks to Eugin , our child was born on first try and he came 1 week ago. As this was a project we wanted, we invested more time than most ie we came and stayed for several weeks in Barcelona for each phase of the IVF process ie initial tests, punction, implantation was a done by Eugin and we had tests or blood tests etc also done by Eugin because we felt it best and quickest way to get same day results and we could not find any place in france that offered same day blood test results so that Eugin can advise her to modify our treatment as quickly as possible if needed. Once again small things matter, my wife appreciated for instance when Mr timillero called my wife day after the punction/egg retrieval to check on her welfare. Several other doctors had been part of our treatment of which mr timillero was the primary doctor for us so great thankyou to all of them.

Our experience at Eugin so far has been wonderful. We have Dr. Elena Calvo and she has been brilliant. We flew to Barcelona from Colorado in March for testing and for my husband to freeze his sperm. My husband received a call about a week ago with the results of his genetic test. The geneticist kindly explained his results. We just submitted our photos yesterday to be matched with our egg donor! We’re beyond excited! Coincidentally I found out yesterday that I’ll be in Barcelona for 24 hours on Friday (I’m a flight attendant) so I messaged the clinic asking if they could have a local pharmacy have my medication ready. The clinic messaged me back in less than 24 hours confirming they could do this and including the name of the pharmacy that would be reserving the meds for me along with a reservation number. We are so impressed! We feel confident we’re making the right decision in choosing Eugin. I appreciate how responsive and accommodating they have been. We like that they have such a large egg donor database. I am tall, blonde with green eyes, and we’re confident they can find an excellent match. We can’t wait for our first embryo transfer! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Eugin team. From start to finish they took care of all our needs, answered all our questions and concerns. We did our first IVF in the United States it was extremely costly and didn't work. To be honest I felt like we were just a number and it was about the money. With Eugin was a totally different experience we have a healthy six month old. I highly recommend this clinic, they are the best!

I have a very positive experience with EUGIN clinic, from the first attempt I became pregnant at 48 age. I got a boy who is now 5 months old. His name is Galen and is a lovely and sweet baby! For all experience I had I can share my knowledge to each future mom:) Thank EUGIN!!!

Great clinic, very professional stuff, communication is perfect. I felt the doctor and other staff are very caring. I had success with Eugen after 15 years of countless infertility treatments in Canada. I wish I would found them earlier. Very recommended!

My twin girls are in HAVO 3 together and I couldn’t be happier with them! They are healthy kind and talented! Eugin made it all so easy and my husband and I have the best souvenirs ever from our lovely weekend in Barcelona!

It was our last try after many unsuccessful IVFs. As we tried for 15 years to get pregnant and my age of 45 my hopes were not very high, however I got pregnant with their program of blood-thinners additional Progesterone injections and hormones. The pregnancy was perfect no issues and I delivered a healthy baby boy. I am really grateful to the team.

We were last friday the 22/11-2019 for a transfer at Eugin. And I can tell that everything went very well. Although I recognize all the problems in case of communication. We had the same problems and were also worried and upset. Cause yes it's true they really didn't do a good job in this. Apparently they were installing a new computer system and moving also.Though this is never an excuse I know. Anyway Iwould like to say they really caught up. A super nice team and everything done with a lot of care. I recommend them really. In case of the work they do. They do really well. Hope I can calm down some worried people thanks our experience. It will be ok.

Tryed everything my age and the quality of my eggs were not great. 2010 went had ivf and all went well fist time my little girl born in may after 3 years trying went to clincia eurgin and bingo .
