We are a private fertility clinic in Alicante, Spain, and since 2013 we have been helping patients take the next step toward building the family they dream of.

We carry out around 500 treatment cycles each year, including IVF with your own eggs and egg donation. This gives our patients the reassurance of proven experience, while allowing us to keep our care personal, attentive, and tailored to each individual.

Our clinic is led by Dr. Fernando Rodríguez Belmonte, a specialist in reproductive medicine with 28 years of experience. Together with our experienced team, we provide expert fertility care in an environment where every patient feels seen, supported, and understood.

We offer the advantage of having every stage of treatment in one place. Consultations, laboratory work, and clinical procedures are all carried out within the same clinic. With our own IVF laboratory, andrology lab, embryo bank, and operating theatre, we can coordinate your treatment carefully, efficiently, and with close attention to detail.

  We do not believe age alone should decide your chances. If other clinics have told you “NO,” we are happy to review your case carefully and explain what may still be possible for you.
• Egg donation
  We offer egg donation treatment up to 53 years, helping more women move forward with expert support and renewed hope.
• BMI considerations
  We do not follow strict BMI limits. Instead, we look at your overall health and individual circumstances, because every patient deserves a personal evaluation.
• Single women
  We are here to support super-mums on their path to motherhood. We provide access to a wide choice of sperm donors and egg donation treatment when needed.
• Same-sex female couples (ROPA)

Our clinical direction is led by Dr. Fernando Rodríguez Belmonte, a specialist in reproductive medicine with 28 years of experience in fertility care.

At Ferrobelab, the same doctor remains involved throughout treatment, rather than patients being transferred between multiple physicians.

This continuity means decisions can be made with full knowledge of the case, including previous responses, adjustments and outcomes. In practice, this reduces the need to reinterpret information at each step and helps avoid fragmented decision-making.
Dr. Fernando Rodríguez Belmonte has developed his career across several areas of women’s health, combining clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology with a strong focus on fertility and assisted reproduction. His training in Medicine and Surgery was followed by specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Alicante, which laid the foundation for a broad and integrated approach to patient care.

Over the years, his work has included fertility treatments, prenatal diagnosis, gynecological ultrasound, hysteroscopy, colposcopy and breast pathology. This experience allows him to work across the full reproductive pathway, from diagnosis and evaluation to treatment planning and follow-up.

In addition to clinical practice, he is the founder and Medical Director of Ferrobelab, where he oversees medical protocols, patient care standards and the integration of laboratory and clinical processes within the clinic.

IVF Guarantee Program

For patients who prefer a structured approach across multiple attempts, Ferrobelab offers guarantee programs.

The egg donation program is priced at €27,000 and includes up to six embryo transfers. The IVF program with own eggs is €18,000 and includes up to three cycles.

The outcome used for the guarantee is pregnancy at 12 weeks. If this outcome is not achieved, a refund of up to 80% is applied.

These programs are designed to reduce uncertainty across multiple attempts, rather than focusing on a single cycle.
