After two years and several clinics, we finally found Fernando and his wonderful team. Besides being professionals who know what they're doing, they make you feel confident that you're in good hands and in the right place because they treat your case individually, not following a protocol. Their priority is people, especially in such a delicate matter as infertility. Fernando is a rare breed of gynecologist; he's incredibly knowledgeable, clearly passionate about his work, and a truly excellent person. If anyone can help you achieve your dream, it's him. I also want to thank Dr. Tamara, who performed my transfer with such care and compassion. They are all a fantastic team, and I will be eternally grateful.

When you embark on a journey like this, you meet many people along the way. But from the moment you step into Ferrobelab, you're met by attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional people. From minute one, you feel their support, no matter what, from Marisa the receptionist (she's a sweetheart and has immense empathy) to Fernando, the gynecologist specializing in assisted reproduction (with vast experience in the field and excellent patient care). The nurses, anesthesiologists, biologists, cleaning staff… the entire Ferrobelab family exudes warmth and kindness. There's no better place to begin this journey. The feeling of gratitude is indescribable.

We stumbled upon Fernando and his clinic by chance, "thanks" to a previous disastrous experience, and it was all worth it. It was an hour and a half drive, and we would choose him again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the amazing work of his team, we became parents in just a few months, when we were already exhausted and very discouraged by our previous experience. I want to highlight, in addition to their professionalism and expertise, the warm and empathetic treatment from the entire team from the moment you walk through the door. After visiting several clinics and feeling that in some, only money mattered, I found Dr. Fernando and Marisa. Words cannot express my gratitude. They are there for you at any time of day, and you also feel very supported psychologically, which is essential in this process. They are always attentive to patients, answering questions about medication administration, checking on how you are feeling, and providing whatever you need! The best thing, without a doubt, is their human touch and professionalism. You leave each appointment feeling uplifted, and they even check on you when you get home after each visit. The anesthesiologist was attentive to my allergies and fears at all times, and I felt incredibly supported in the operating room. And best of all, Marisa's hugs are healing! Thank you to the entire team, especially Marisa and Fernando.

We came from another clinic with a bad experience, and meeting Dr. Fernando, who explains everything in a way you understand and is, of course, confident in what he says and does, makes you feel in good hands. If he says he'll achieve it, sooner or later he will because he's the best (despite all the obstacles you might encounter). The nurses are wonderful, but Marisa deserves special mention; she's a gem of a woman and makes you feel like family, always attentive to everything. The best part is that you can count on Fernando or Marisa 24/7; they always answer, and for Fernando, success is more important than money. Thank you for making this journey easier for us, and if all goes well, we'll soon have "Carmen" with us. Thank you, Ferrobelab team.

What can I say about this clinic in particular? Well, that's exactly what they are: special. Starting with Fernando Rodriguez, who leads a fantastic team. They treat people like people, because no matter the time or day, Fernando, Marisa, or whoever else is there to answer any questions or concerns you might have. The lab is great, but the team of professionals is even better. Without them, and especially Fernando, we wouldn't be changing diapers, haha. THANK YOU ALL!

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel right at home, like family. The whole team is wonderful, and I speak from experience because this is my third fertility clinic. He gave me two options and always tried to make sure I didn't spend any more money... This person isn't driven by self-interest, and few clinics can say that. He's a down-to-earth and genuine person who tries to do the best for his patients... Thanks to Dr. Fernando, I fulfilled my dream after two years. I felt lost, and no one knew how to help me until he arrived. His personality makes you feel calm. Everyone at the clinic is lovely, and Nurse Maria is a ten out of ten. I won't have enough time in my life to thank them all for everything. I wish you all the best in your lives. Maybe we'll see each other again in a few years. Until then, be happy.
