In December 2024, I started my surrogacy plan. Over the course of a month, I researched all the major hospitals in Georgia and many Chinese-run agencies. I ultimately decided to go with Leadermed because I knew many agencies also used Leadermed. I frequently saw Leadermed on Douyin (TikTok), and the hospital told me that payments were made as I progressed through each step, not in a lump sum. The surrogate mother's fee was to be paid after the birth. Initially, I contacted customer service through Leadermed's Facebook page. The customer service representative connected me with a business manager, Tatia. After Tatia understood my needs and confirmed my decision, I was connected with Dr. Kate and the hospital's lawyer, Mr. Kaxa. The lawyer guided me through obtaining the necessary pre-surrogacy documentation and Hague Apostille certification. The doctor told me about the required tests, which I underwent and translated, sending all the reports to the doctor. In February 2025, I went to Leadermed Hospital in Georgia, signed the contract, and selected my egg donor. In March, the hospital cultured the embryos and determined their gender. In April, the hospital found a surrogate mother in Georgia for me, and the embryo transfer was completed. In May, I received a notification from Tatia that the surrogate mother's HCG level was over 100, indicating successful implantation and pregnancy. Tatia sent me many congratulatory emojis; I could even sense that she was happier than I was. I think for her, this wasn't just a job, but a testament to love, responsibility, and a mission to help every child come into this world. At the end of January 2026, just a few days ago, my child was born healthy. She has fair skin and a smooth facial contour. When I first saw the photos Tatia sent me of my baby, watching her sleeping peacefully, my heart melted. Tatia told me she was truly happy for me, and I am incredibly grateful to Tatia and the hospital! I am so fortunate to have met her. I am so glad I chose Leadermed Hospital. Tatia is a very responsible business manager who followed up from beginning to end. She sent me every surrogate mother's prenatal checkup result immediately and informed me of the next checkup date. After my child was born, I was too busy with work at the end of the year to pick her up immediately. Tatia told me that the maternity hospital could continue to care for the child until I could pick her up. Tatia also visits the child whenever she has free time. Just today, on her weekend day off, Tatia visited the child and bought her some clothes. I am very grateful for everything Tatia has done. The maternity hospital also updates me with videos and photos of the child daily. Regarding the child's passport, the hospital's lawyer told me that he is responsible for processing the child's birth certificate, which has already been authenticated by the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy in Georgia. The lawyer will also have the birth certificate apostilleed and translated. The lawyer can also directly recommend a paternity test. In other words, the lawyer has handled all the documents I need for the passport to return to China. I just need to submit all the required document photos through the Chinese consular app, wait for approval, and then go to the Chinese Embassy in Georgia to collect the child's passport so I can take her back to China. I am truly grateful for all of this. I am very grateful to Tatia for her follow-up and dedication throughout the entire process, as well as to the professional doctor Kate, the hospital's lawyer Kaxa, the surrogate mother for her arduous ten months of pregnancy, and the professional team at Leadermed Hospital!

I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to specialist doctor Tinatin Solomonidze and medical worker Irina for their excellent and high-quality service! They're very pleasant doctors, always eager to help and advise, and they process the necessary documents very quickly. In my case, I had to go to the airport for a medical examination at 32 weeks of pregnancy and get two certificates because I had to fly twice. They issued the certificates very quickly and in the correct format. 🫶 I'll say this upfront: the certificate processing time varies by airline: some take a week, while others take 72 hours, so it's best to check the information on the airline's website.

Friendly Staff and very professional Doctors. unfotunately the stairs are not good cleaned and the lighting in floors and specialy at the reception ist very bad. I hope it will change. Generally very good Clinic and high quality medicine Service. The best Embriologist and Reproductologists.
