I had an excellent experience with Dr. Harry Karpouzis and his nurse Elisavet at Pelargos IVF. Dr. Harry was genuinely caring throughout the entire process, always taking the time to explain every step clearly and make me feel comfortable. Hi! I wanted to shout out my clinic Pelargos IVF with Dr. Harry Karpouzi I had my egg retrieval in January and he was able to collect 40 eggs, of that 16 became day 5 embryos and 2 day 6 embryos. 5 of them being 5AA and others being very good as well. I returned in late February and had my transfer March 6th. I found out very early on my transfer was successful but had my beta yesterday and confirmed pregnancy. Dr Karpouzi was also very professional, kind and explained everything step by step. The highlight of the team is really Elisavet who was my midwife she is such a kind and responsive lady. She has been available every step of the way to answer all questions, and be a listening ear as I traveled back alone for my transfer. The institute of life was a beautiful clean hospital that felt much nicer than the clinics I’ve been to in the United States. I am so thankful for this experience and the team.

Excellent clinic, very personalised treatment, the team is super kind and available. Basically, lovely people! Elisavet, the Midwife and IVF coordinator has been my primary contact from the beginning, and she has been fantastic all along the way - super kind, always ready to answer my questions, to reassure me when I am anxious, providing all information needed (she is very well informed about all), providing emotional support and all that while being super caring and lovely! She speaks excellent English as well, just like the entire Pelargos team, which is additionally reassuring when you are in a foreign country. A massive thanks to her for making this process so much easier for me!!! <3 Dr. Karpouzis is the Gynecologist and IVF specialist on the team whom I have previously seen in webinars, presenting about fertility with such an impressive expertise, which made me initially choose Pelargos. All my great impression has been confirmed in person as well, since I started my treatment. I highly recommend him, if you want a quality care personalised to your needs and your body. He is very kind, and expert in his field, he treats patients with care and attention. He takes his time to consider every information, inorder to eliminate blocking factors and facilitate the best possible results. He also takes time to explain, if necessary these steps which is super helpful. If you are thinking about Greece, and IVF - don't hesitate twice to choose Pelargos. I have spoken to few patients being treated by other clinics, and they did not even have half of the information at their disposal as i did. Also, Pelargos' success rates speak for themselves! Even if you were just looking for the best option out there and have not considered Greece, now you know, you can! They work in IASO Hospital, the state of the art hospital in Greece, it is impressive. The whole team are fabulous. The thing that made me choose Dr Karpouzis is his honesty and professionalism towards the problems I will be facing whilst still being empathetic. Sofia has been so wonderful also and reassured me the whole time during what is a very daunting process and in a country where greek is not my first language. The whole team took great care of me. I felt supported every step of the way and can't wait to go back for my next round of egg freezing! I definitely recommend Pelargos medical group for your egg freezing and fertility needs!

I cant thank dr karpouzis and sofia enough for thier fabulous work. At 45 I gave birth to a beautiful boy from my very first transfer. Having such a bad experience in the uk I decided to look abroad. I researched spain and Greece. Having phone consultations with both in my heart i felt Greece and more importantly dr karpouzis and pelagos was the correct choice as i didnt feel like just a number like I did in the uk. Dr karpouzis explained everything in our first consultation and again in our first visit to athens. Sofias continued support was brilliant and she always answered any questions via WhatsApp or email. It was great to have her on hand and not have to go through a switch bored. Thank you again pelagos team. Highly recommend.

We can’t thank Dr. Karpouzis and midwife Sofia enough. They treated us with kindness, compassion and genuine care. We felt supported at every step of our IVF journey and no question or doubt was left unanswered. Helping women who are struggling to conceive is no easy task, and I can't thank the Pelargos' team enough, especially Vasiliki, our midwife. She welcomed me with immense kindness and compassion. My age and the reasons for my request were never even mentioned. Vasiliki is an extraordinary woman; she's available by phone from morning till night, even on weekends. My embryo transfer took place on February 2nd, and I'm pregnant. I recommend Pelargos 100% And I loved every visit to Athens.

After five long years of battling infertility, our dream of becoming parents is finally coming true, thanks to Pelagros IVF clinic. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first consultation, we felt supported and understood. Dr. Karpouzis was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the IVF process, putting our minds at ease. We also want to give a special shout out to our wonderful midwife, Sofia whose ongoing support and care has been invaluable. One of the things that impressed us most was the short waiting list, allowing us to begin our journey sooner than we anticipated. The entire protocol was clearly explained and easily understandable, making a stressful process feel much more manageable. Myself and my partner have been trying for a baby for over five years. We went down the IVF route, after two failed attempts due to a low egg count I was reluctant to keep trying. We went to the fertility show in the RDS in Dublin in February and got talking to Sofia Meleti and Dr Harry Karpouzis. We had a chat with them and they were very helpful. I thought long and hard about whether to go down the egg donor route and did plenty of research. We decided to head to Athens in April and proceed with the consultation, tests and sperm collection. In regards to medication, I had no side effects and I was advised to take rodi nk plus which is unheard of here but brilliant stuff. In regards to communication, when it came to prescriptions, the clinic were very helpful and my pharmacist was very impressed with how helpful they were and said he had dealt with clinics abroad and they're usually not very helpful. It took a few months to find a suitable donor and then it was all so quick, no fuss. On embryo transfer day I was so nervous but Sofia came to my side and reassured me everything would be fine. Harry carried out the procedure and told me it was very successful and the quality of the embryos (because I got two transferred) was very good. Almost seven weeks on and had my first scan and there's two heartbeats and I couldn't be happier. Will always be so grateful and from start to finish both Sofia and Harry were there to help. Advise and assure us. Here's hoping all goes well

We had a wonderful experience with Pelargos, it did work out for us from the first time ( both eggs extraction and transfer), I am now 12 weeks pregnant and past the first scan. And this is despite my low AMH and my age (I am 40). Elisavet is very kind, helpful and professional. Dr Karpouzis makes wonders. Can definitely recommend it further.

I have started IVF in my own country but it was an epic failure for 2 years... we did not not even manage to start 1 round of IVF! When I started with Pelargos everything was so much smoother and just by the way they speak you know how truly professional they are. I first did the egg collection which start to finish took 1 month and this year I did the transfer. Today, I am pregnant and even though once you hear the first heart beat you are than in the hands of your own gynecologist,they still follow and they still care! Thank you for making our dream come true! Will recommend over and over again

We had the best experience with the Pelargos IVF team! After a thorough research, we realized that they are the best fit for our situation. And we were right! Dr. Harry is a top professional, who analyzed carefully our case and came up with the best plan. During the whole process we were supported by his assistant, Sofia, who is an angel and with her help we managed to have a stress-free IVF experience. Thanks to the team we succeeded in the first round. Now we are expecting our first baby in about 3 months! Also, a few months before we started our IVF journey, we prepared ourselves mentally and physically (supplements to boost egg quality, exercise, diet, meditation, acupuncture, etc).
