We cannot recommend Instituto Bernabeu Alicante highly enough. After a long and difficult fertility journey in the UK, including multiple failed treatments and being told that our only option would be to use a donor, Instituto Bernabeu gave us something we had almost lost hope of achieving – our beautiful baby girl. From our very first consultation, the team were honest, realistic and compassionate. They took the time to thoroughly investigate our situation with a level of testing and expertise that far exceeded anything we had experienced in the UK. Rather than dismissing our chances, they carefully assessed our case and were willing to explore options that ultimately made all the difference. We are especially grateful to Dr Moral, Dr Gorgan and our Care Coordinator, Anastasia Utkina. Their expertise, professionalism and kindness guided us through every stage of treatment. The doctors inspired complete confidence with their knowledge and compassionate approach, while Anastasia was simply exceptional. She was always responsive, supportive and reassuring, and we genuinely could not have navigated this journey without her. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and welcoming. The clinic itself is modern, spotless and extremely well organised, creating an environment where you immediately feel you are in safe hands. IVF is never an easy journey, but the expertise and care we received at Instituto Bernabeu made all the difference. We will be forever grateful to Dr Moral, Dr Gorgan, Anastasia and the entire team for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents. We hope to return in the future to try for a sibling and would not hesitate to place our trust in Instituto Bernabeu again. Forever grateful.

I wanted to leave a review to say a heartfelt thank you to the entire team at the clinic. I’m still early in my journey and don’t yet know the outcome, but I felt it was important to recognise the care, professionalism, and dedication I’ve experienced so far. My Dr is Dr Castillo and personal assistant is Eva Garcia, I can’t thank them both enough. From the very beginning, I’ve been treated with kindness, patience and understanding. I’ve always felt listened to, supported, and in safe hands. The team’s attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine compassion have meant so much to me. It’s clear how hard everyone works behind the scenes to give patients the best possible chance, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Instituto Bernabeu Alicante. From the very beginning, I have been incredibly impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and compassion of everyone involved. A special thank you goes to my personal assistant, Eva Garcia, and Dr. Fuente, and Raluca who have all been exceptional throughout this special and memorable journey of egg freezing. Their support, care, and dedication have made a significant difference in my experience. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible results, providing reassurance and expertise every step of the way. Although this journey has been emotionally challenging for me personally, their kindness and professionalism have made it much easier to navigate. I also enjoyed the lovely little café on the grounds, surrounded by beautiful small gardens. I want to especially mention the young lady who works there, she always has a smile on her face, is so welcoming and polite, which has added to my visits. Additionally, I want to highlight how extremely clean and well-maintained the clinic is, which contributed to my sense of comfort and confidence throughout the process. It is with a touch of sadness that I realise our journey has come to an end, but I am truly grateful for everything they have done. Thank you so much for your outstanding care and support. Our care at the clinic was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The level of efficiency, organisation and professionalism was incredible. From our first meeting with Dr Alcaraz I felt absolute confident in our care, and am now writing this as I feed our 6 week old son. We are so grateful to all the staff, especially our PA Anastasia who was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience with Instituto Bernabeu in Alicante for IVF and genetic testing. The technology seemed very advanced, and the clinic was clean, well organized, and efficient. Communication was clear and frequent, and the language support was excellent throughout the process. Dr. Fuentes and Carina Vázquez were especially helpful, and as international patients we found scheduling easy and getting to the clinic by taxi or bus very convenient. The result was a healthy baby boy, born in Iceland, and we are very grateful.

My husband and I will be forever grateful to Instituto Bernabeu Alicante for giving us our beautiful son. After having several failed IUIs in Ireland and failed IVF cycles in the UK and with an extremely low ovarian reserve we were given a less than 1% chance of conceiving with IVF. We had lost all hope of ever having a baby. Dr Fuentes in Instituto Bernabeu Alicante was willing to give us a chance even with such a low chance of success. From day 1 we were so impressed with the professionalism, kindness, knowledge and efficiency of Dr Fuentes, our patient care coordinator Esther and all the nurses and other staff at the clinic. The clinic itself was so modern and clean and the facilities were incredible. The lab and embryologists are world class too. Our son is now 6 weeks old and a very healthy and happy baby. We can’t thank Dr Fuentes enough, she is an amazing doctor and our patient care coordinator Esther went above and beyond for us. She was always so helpful and super efficient in responding to emails and or answering any queries we had. When we were at the clinic Esther was very supportive and compassionate and we felt that we were in really good hands. All the staff really wanted us to be successful and really cared about us. We would highly recommend Instituto Bernabeu Alicante, it’s a world class clinic with world class doctors, embryologists and staff. We hope to bring our son to visit the clinic over the Summer. Instituto Bernabeu Alicante will always have a very special place in our hearts. We would encourage any prospective parents struggling with infertility to set up a consultation with Instituto Bernabeu Alicante. It is one of the best clinics in the world and they will do everything they can to help you to have success.

We are so pleased with the experience we had with IB Alicante. Dr. Moliner and our personal assistant Virginia and the whole team gave us excellent service. The facilities, treatment, communication were top notch, and they were very compassionate and supportive. Our IVF journey took 2 years but they didn't give up on us and explored all the possible options to make our dream come true. And now we were gifted with a beautiful baby girl. We couldn't thank them enough. Thank you for making our family complete.

With all our hearts, we thank Dr. Fuentes for the miracle made possible through IVF — for the compassion, patience, and light the whole team brought into our lives. We struggled with some genetic cariotyping issues and our chances were quite low. We succeded from the first attempt at Instituto Bernabeu.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are to the entire Instituto Bernabeu Team in Alicante and to the doctor that looked after us, dr Alcaraz Begona and to the patient care coordinator Eva Garcia!!! When a clinic failed us miserably and other clinics turned us down due to my medical history, Insituto Bernabeu through dr Alcaraz decided to give us a chance and hold our hands during our challenging journey and it was all worth it as we just welcomed home our amazing little miracle baby girl!!! When no one gave us a chance, IB decided to help us make our dream come true!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your help, support, patience, understanding, faith, innovation and treatments you have developed to make it all happen!!!

I cannot recommend IB enough. We had 6 losses, and after 5 years trying we didn't think having a baby would happen for us - but thanks to IB I have just given birth to a healthy baby boy. I cannot thank IB enough. The level of care is something we never saw in the UK, we had tried various avenues and there was nothing else to offer for us. Dr Moral is absolutely wonderful and we owe her everything. Our wonderful assistant Marinella was so helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. Lucia has helped us immensely with the therapy offered over zoom and was also lovely. My advice to anyone from the UK flying over to Spain for treatment is find a good pharmacist that accepts European perscriptions, and look into somewhere you can get regular scans at a last minutes notice that will email you the videos so you can send them to Spain. (Just things we picked up on along the way)

Our journey to parenthood was long and heartbreaking. My husband and I spent years trying for a baby here in the USA, going through three exhausting rounds of IVF with no success. Our patient coordinator, Esther, was always there for us—supportive, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. IB Alicante have worked miracles for my husband and I. We now have two beautiful children thanks to their amazing work! They are utterly professional and so friendly. They looked after us amazingly well as we went through three transfers with them over time. Anastasia was our personal care assistant each time we visited from the UK for our transfers and she was wonderful. From start to finish she was always available to us. Dr Castillo was amazing as was his surgical team. Made me feel so calm and well looked after. I can’t recommend IB Alicante enough to anyone struggling to start a family. They are miracle workers and I will be eternally grateful.
