We have selected Unica based on reviews and results on patients of 40+ (a difficult target to have good results on). It was a longer journey than we anticipated at first – as we all start with the belief that in one or two trials for sure we will be successful, while the stories with ladies that got pregnant after more than 4-5 trials are just exceptions. Despite our hopes and a few good general indicators, we were in the group that needed to try a bit more till reaching a happy outcome; I am 5 months pregnant so I can summarise a full experience. What we appreciated very much in these ~3 years+ of treatment: 1. Respect for the patient and what the patient wants – while clearly explaining what you need to be prepared for. 2. Not feeding us with fake optimism/hopes, and in the same time - also not using cold statistics to diminish our hopes. 3. Fast and clear reply to all our inquiries – essential when you are traveling from abroad and part of the investigations are done with your local doctor. 4. Improvements we could see from one year to the next, in terms of: latest study results (for. ex in medication, approach in the recommendation after ET, etc.), overall set-up of the clinic, and – very important for me – the quality of coordination; in the last year I was assigned to a new lady in the team and she was great in terms of explanations, speed of response, empathy and organization skills (many thanks Vila, you really made a difference).

Outstanding experience at Unica Prag. The quality of treatment was very high, the team was welcoming and professional, and their expertise was evident throughout. I had an excellent experience with UNICA Clinic in Prague and I can truly recommend it to anyone looking for advanced fertility treatment. From the very beginning, everything was handled in a highly professional and well-organized manner. The medical team is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and up to date with the most advanced reproductive technologies. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and the modern equipment available at this clinic — in my experience, some of these technologies and approaches are not easily accessible in countries like Sweden. Before coming to UNICA, I had undergone four IVF cycles in Sweden. Unfortunately, not only did I not receive the level of compassionate and supportive care I expected, but I also encountered significant shortcomings in medical expertise, laboratory standards, embryo handling, and the extent of diagnostic evaluations. These were not minor issues and were difficult to overlook. This experience led me to seek a more advanced and professional clinic, which I fortunately found at UNICA. What truly sets UNICA apart is not only the high level of medical expertise, but also their human and patient-centered approach. The entire staff is kind, professional, and genuinely supportive, making you feel safe and cared for throughout the entire journey. Communication was always clear, fast, and reassuring. I would like to give a very special thanks to Vila, my coordinator, who was absolutely outstanding. She managed all coordination perfectly, was always available and responsive, and supported me with great care and professionalism every step of the way. Her role made a significant difference and greatly reduced my stress during the process. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my medical coordinator Vila at Unica Clinic. IVF can be an overwhelming and emotional process, but she has made the entire experience so much easier for me. She has been incredibly communicative, kind, and attentive every step of the way. No question ever feels like too much, and she always takes the time to make sure I fully understand everything that’s happening. I also have a significant fear of needles, and she has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and supported throughout this process. Her patience and compassion truly show how much she cares about her patients. I’m incredibly grateful to have had her guiding me through this journey. She is a wonderful part of the team at Unica. Unica clinic itself has been a wonderful and professional clinic to go to that makes me feel confident in the process. The nurse Kiara is so sweet too, just wonderful staff all around. We were coming from France and are truly very happy with our experience at this clinic. From the very first contact, everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and with great professionalism. We are especially thankful to our coordinator Vila, who was always there for us, ready to answer our questions and support us at any time — even outside of working hours. I had a truly wonderful experience at Unica Prague. From the very first interaction, the entire team was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. In the first part of 2025 I received prenatal care at Unica clinic. I highly appreciate Dr. Plevak’s medical care and communication: his guidance was always professional and easy to understand. The clinic has a calm and cozy atmosphere, and I always felt comfortable during my visits. I also received excellent support from Tereza at the reception. She helped me with all the necessary documentation, invoices and any additional questions I had.

Myself & my partner have just started our journey with UNICA. The online consultation was by far the best consultation I had out of three clinics I spoke to in Prague. My coordinator Joanna Watkowska has been very responsive and helpful so far. Overall so far I have been very happy with how we have been treated. I am very hopeful for our upcoming treatment.

So far I've had a great experience with the clinic. I travel from Berlin for my appointments and I always arrive to a warm welcome. I have been going to UNICA since last year. I have already done one stimulation and two embryo transfers which unfortunately has failed. I am now starting my second round of stimulation and am hoping that it will work this time. Our coordinator Lucie has been of great help during this time. She is very humble, empathic and really cares about the outcome of the IVF process. The environment is very nice and calming, and the people working there are very friendly. I can really recommend this place.

I had a very good experience with Unica Clinic in Prague. I underwent egg and embryo freezing, and the clinic was extremely accommodating, even when my plans changed. They did their best to adapt to the evolution of my situation, and I was able to switch from one package to another easily. The doctors are very professional, and the clinic environment is modern, pleasant, and leaves a great impression. The clinic is also very well equipped to support international clients. Everything can be handled in English, which was important for us as my partner is not from the Czech Republic. I highly recommend it.

I had a very positive experience at Unica clinic. My coordinator, Bc. Veronika Francová, was always available and responded to my questions very quickly, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. The clinic itself is cozy and welcoming, and the entire staff is very kind and professional. Everyone speaks English very well, and the receptionist also speaks Russian, which made me feel even more comfortable and understood. It’s a huge relief to be able to ask questions in your native language if needed. MUDr. Pleváková was very kind and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciate the professional and friendly approach of both MUDr. Pleváková and Bc. Veronika Francová. Thank you for making everything feel so smooth and supportive!

After trying to have a baby for 4 years, I decided to go and start my IVF process with UNICA in Prague. I had many surgeries and treatments before and I was so nervous about not being able to become pregnant. After my first consultation with Amal and Ljiljana I felt like I was at the right place. They were so helpful and friendly with everything:from hotels in Prague to the medication I should use.First time we visited the clinic with my husband we were so excited and had many questions to ask. We got all the answers and I can say that I was so nervous I couldn’t sleep all night before my IVF procedure the next day. I should add that the clinic was very clean and well maintained. The IVF procedure was easy and not painful at all. I read that I should have McDonald chips before the procedure for good luck so I made sure that we went to McDonald’s for my chips in Prague:) After the procedure, I had no problem or pain so I carried on working and tried not to think about the 2 week wait for a pregnancy test. Yes I did the test and I was pregnant!!!! I couldn’t believe it so I kept taking more pregnancy tests (like 20- I am still keeping them) to see if I was really pregnant. My baby girl is 6 months old now and I am loving being her mama. She is my WORLD. UNICA made our dreams to become parents. We have more frozen embryos and will definitely have another baby next year. I thank everyone individually for everything. If you are wishing to be a mum, tried for many years without success like me visit UNICA . For sure you will know you are at the right place!
