Matching is conducted based on phenotypic characteristics, blood group, and comprehensive medical and genetic screening, with patients receiving non-identifying information such as the donor’s age, physical profile, and medical history.

The standard cost for the program is €5,580 for a single transfer or €6,580 for two transfers, covering donor recruitment, medications, oocyte retrieval, ICSI, and embryo culture to the blastocyst stage. While the clinic utilizes a single embryo transfer strategy to maintain safety and ethical standards, the protocol remains flexible enough to include additional services such as sperm freezing for one year or frozen embryo transfers for an additional fee. Guaranteed Surrogacy and Egg Donation Package

The guaranteed surrogacy and egg donation program at LeaderMed is offered at a total cost of 70,400 USD (~60,085 EUR). This package is structured around a four-stage payment schedule, beginning with an initial installment of 40,900 USD (~36,985 EUR) upon signing the contract. Subsequent payments include 7,000 USD (~6,335 EUR) at the fifth week of pregnancy, followed by two installments of 11,250 USD (~10,175 EUR) each, due at the twelfth week of pregnancy and upon delivery.

The comprehensive surrogacy and egg donation package covers unlimited IVF/ICSI cycles and full support for both the donor and surrogate mother. The program includes all legal and administrative management, such as the processing of the birth certificate, alongside miscarriage protection maintained until a live birth is achieved. This safety provision includes a refund policy of up to 70% if a pregnancy is cancelled between the seventh and ninth weeks.

In my case, I had to go to the airport for a medical examination at 32 weeks of pregnancy and get two certificates because I had to fly twice. They issued the certificates very quickly and in the correct format. 🫶 I’ll say this upfront: the certificate processing time varies by airline: some take a week, while others take 72 hours, so it’s best to check the information on the airline’s website.
