I could never trust a medical team more than this team, including the reception, the doctor, the biologist, the assistants and the nurses. But I am so grateful that they have treated me with such respect, tranquility and medical professionalism and humanity that you cannot leave this center any happier. We still do not have the results of the treatment but it is still the place to go if you want to achieve your dream! More in detail I would like to say a few words about some people: Dr. Sánchez Rosa always attends you with great tranquility and professionalism. It is very working with few words (in a good way) he knows exactly what to say and when! You can tell that he can be trusted 100%. We have entered after an attempt at another clinic with great fear and with only his way of being he has reassured us to be able to go this long and hard road. Reception and the woman who was always with me in the consultations (I do not remember the name well). In any case, I liked how they all treat you, always friendly, wanting to help you. And I also like the system how the treatment of the patient works there. Everyone has their job and there is no one person for everything. There is a lot of transparency including questions by email. Rocío: she was our biologist and I imagine they are all just as good! Everything went super good. It explains everything before doing something. He attends you with a lot of love. He always calls you on time and with a lot of affection. Get things that you have thought where you will never get! What I like the most is that she is always attentive and by your side. Nurses in particular I have stayed with a name Inma: she is the best nurse I have ever met! Such a kind woman with so much affection and so much sense of humor and love. He has treated me amazing. She is always by your side, she tells you many things to help you, she is very very attentive. After the Transfer he was with me, he has helped me to get up and get well doing so much so that I feel good and I leave the clinic with great hope!! There is another nurse whose name I have forgotten but it must also be said that she does her job very well. She has taken my blood several times and I have taken the pcr test with her and I will not forget what laughter we have had together.
