Me and my wife cannot fault ivf spain. In the UK we have had 3 failed attempts and we decided to look for a new clinic we came across ivf spain done our research and were so glad we went with them. They are absolutely fantastic can’t fault them! They don’t treat you like a number. They don’t try to rush you out of the door either if they can cut costs back for you they will. They have your best interests and care at heart the clinic is so relaxing and the staff are very friendly you feel like you’ve known them along time. The actual treatment is suited to your needs the Drs and rest of the staff know there stuff they don’t over look anything keep you well informed and you have your own care assistant who is on hand all the time. Me and my husband cannot say enough good things about our experience with IVF Spain (Alicante), and we would be saying this even if we had not been blessed with what looks like a happy ending (13 weeks pregnant after 3rd go at egg donation). We just wish we had come to the at the start!
We had already tried 2 failed rounds of IVF via the NHS (where we received poor and impersonal treatment), took time to heal, tried adoption and were turned down for spurious reasons, took time to heal again, and decided to give things one last go.
From the start of our journey with IVF Spain, we were struck by how caring, considerate, excited, passionate, respectful and friendly everyone was. Far from it feeling like a money making machine, which I had feared, it genuinely seemed everyone was there to help us achieve our dream.
Another aspect which would make us recommend IVF Spain is the excellent communication and ongoing support offered throughout. No query or concern was ever too silly, answers from Spain were prompt, and instructions about medication were always very clear. When you are feeling overwhelmed sometimes, this is so valuable.
Most of all, we’d like to thank Dr Alicia Álvarez, who greeted us so warmly each time and infected us with her belief we would succeed. Yes it has been hard, and we won’t fully relax until the baby arrives in July, but our experience at IVF Spain has undone years of hurt and disappointment. Good luck to everyone considering this route xx
