Egg Donation in Bulgaria?

Bulgaria is located in south-eastern Europe with Romania to the north, Serbia, and Macedonia to the west, Greece and Turkey to the south, and with the Black Sea to the east. Donors of eggs or sperm are anonymous unless you choose a close relative for a donor. You can undergo egg donation treatments until the age of menopause, and be a donor to the age of 34 or 38 if you are a close relative of the recipient. Embryo donation is permitted. Sex selection is permitted only to avoid inheritable diseases otherwise it is prohibited. Other prohibited procedures and treatments include: inheritable genetic modification, genetic discrimination, social use of PGD, genetic modifications for other usage than avoiding diseases, somatic genetic enchantment, and inheritable genetic modifications. Costs of IVF with donor eggs in Bulgaria is about €5000-€6000.
